Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, passes to the outside provider that supplies those results. We do not save a separate copy of that query on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to address the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary technical logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic traffic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How We Use Information
Limited visitor data supports site operation, error correction, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered on another service follows that service's privacy terms, not ours. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third party.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or maintain the site may process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because there are no user accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for visitors.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so it can be deleted.
California Privacy Choices
California consumer-privacy and data-broker rules, where they apply, can provide rights to know about, correct, delete, or opt out of certain business-held personal data. A request to us usually involves only a contact mailbox and technical logs. Use the Contact page to submit it. Government records held by La Verne, Los Angeles County, California agencies, or courts remain outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian. Consumer privacy rights do not erase an official public record.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. By continuing to use the service after an update, you accept the new version.
